We specialise exclusively in complete fascia, soffit & guttering replacement. We don't cover over the existing timber. Instead, we completely overhaul your roofline to maximise weather protection, airflow and curb appeal. We only install high quality, low-maintenance systems, ensuring a perfect finish.

Cladding

Mock Tudor boards

Finlock Concrete

Old Finlock concrete guttering can become cracked, leak and cause damp problems if it begins to deteriorate. We provide practical Finlock solutions, including replacement and modern roofline upgrades, helping improve drainage, protect the property and give the roof edge a cleaner, more reliable finish.

Most homes are completed in one to two days. We’ll give you a realistic timescale when we quote, and we stick to it.

Do you charge for a quote?

No. Quotes and advice are completely free, with no pressure and no hard sell.

Which areas do you cover?

Nottingham, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and the surrounding areas. If you’re not sure whether we reach you, give us a ring and we’ll tell you straight away.

Do I need scaffolding?

Not usually. We work safely from access towers and ladders on most homes, and we’ll let you know upfront if your property needs anything more.

Will you take the old materials away?

Yes. All the old boards, guttering and offcuts leave with us, and we clear up before we go.
